683 "X" SERIES	The 683 "X" is Bashlin's premier body harness. Originally designed for the utility industry, this harness sets the standard for comfort, flexibility and ease of use. The hardware is low on the waist, and a loop is in the front for rescue or work positioning. Pass through friction buckles are standard. This is a sized harness. Proper sizing is required for proper performance.
	Easy to don. All hardware is low on the torso. "X" design keeps the straps on the shoulders while working. Front loop for self rescue. Meets ANSI/ASTM/OSHA specifications.

	The high dielectric dip-molded covers are resilient and have excellent resistance to abrasion. They provide static protection and are flame resistant to an electric arc.

662 SERIES "H" STYLE	The 662 Series is a fully adjustable, one size fits most full body harness, in the "H" style. Size XL and larger are available. This harness also has a dorsal seat strap and 10,000 lb test web. The full range of back attachment options are available.

683 SERIES, 662 SERIES	Bashlin's climbing harnesses combine a full body harness with Bashlin tool belt for maximum comfort abd utility. They can be used for a various applications including poles and towers. Note that a "D" size is required. These climbing harnesses meet the ASTM and ANSI requirements for work positioning, climbing, and fall arrest. The 76 and 1511N meet the ASTM requirements and are U.L. Classified to applicable OSHA Standards for line belts.

	683X Style Climbing Harness
	The "X" style harness is available with the 656CM tool belt. This belt can be easily removed from the harness when it is not needed. The harness features a front attachment point for work positioning on ladders or rescue. Please state size, and "D" size.

	662 Harness with Belt Attachment
	The harness has attachment points for the belt on the outside of the harness. The body belt attaches to the harness with straps and clips. There is no strength rating for the belt attachment points. This harness has a vertically movable chest strap and standard leg adjustment. All of the standard back attachments and grommet leg straps are also available. The belt is not included.

	664 Series
	The 664 is versatile and useful in many work situations. It can be used for climbing work positioning, suspension, and if the need arises, rescue. Tower workers have found this very comfortable harness to their liking. Either a "Y" yoke or standard industrial D-ring is available for lanyard attachment. The 664NY carries an NFPA Class III label and rating. (please state size; S, M, L, XL.).

	Bashlin's Cradle is an NFPA certified harness designed especially for rescue and used in conjunction with the H.E.L.P. harness. It is a "one size fits most" design with all forged hardware.

	This is the original suspension style harness. Ours features a laminate wood seat and all forged hardware as well as 10, 000 lb test nylon webbing. The wood seat on the 663 is removable. These are "made to order" harness. Allow for extended delivery. Specify size.

FULL BODY HARNESSES	Bashlin harnesses are made from 10,000 lb. test woven nylon web. The webbing is in contrasting colors, (normally orange and black) for easier donning. They meet or exceed all ANSI, ASTM and OSHA requirements. The hardware features a corrosion resistant coating. The harnesses are available with many, many options. (Just ask our production people who have to sort these things out.)
Bashlin Harnesses must be sized properly to function properly.	Sizing Bashlin Harnesses The Bashlin harness is sized according to the torso of the individual. This involves measuring for the height and the chest size, then finding the correct size on the chart, according to the style of the harness. Height is the first consideration for proper sizing. However, if the chest measurement is too large for the corresponding height, move to the larger size. If the chest measurement is too small for the corresponding height, stay with the size dictated by the height.
